Prior to work being conducted on your case matters, you will be given a current CV of each consultant.  This is especially important in matters where trial is imminent, so you can have the confidence in knowing that you have someone on the stand that you can trust with a proven record of reliability.

The President of e3Discovery LLC is Brett Shavers.  Brett has an extensive law enforcement background coupled with a subsequent career in computer forensics and electronic discovery.

Founded by experienced law enforcement investigators, e3Discovery's mission and goal is provide service with integrity, credibility, and reliability. e3's consultants have been tested in court in all types of cases, from felony criminal matters to civil proceedings.  Our clients quickly see the benefit of having experienced forensic investigators on their side. 

Each consultant has acquired evidence and testified to findings.  We have been retained and certified as computer forensics experts and special masters by various courts.

Our consultants average 10+ years of  law enforcement experience, testifying in every level of court, in a multitude of cases.

We have testified in several states, to include Washington, California, Texas, and Virginia, in state and federal courts. Because of our law enforcement experience in high profile criminal cases, we are more experienced on the stand than all other non-law enforcement forensic examiners.

Because our entire law enforcement careers have been focused on finding the 'Who did it' on a daily basis, we have developed an innate ability to see beyond the data.  We understand people and can quickly put together complex high tech incidents to find the who, what, where, when, why, and how.

Our explanations are in plain, simple, easy to understand language, so that everyone, not just the consultant, can understand.  Otherwise, what was the point?
