Mat-Su Regional Hospital will sponsor a six-week workshop titled “Better Choices, Better Health: Living Well Alaska” Monday afternoons at 1 p.m. through Aug. 29 in the Denali Room on the third floor. The workshops are designed for people with all kinds of chronic illnesses, such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, asthma, and/or chronic pain.
