NDDOT hires director
The North Dakota Department of Transportation has named Ron Henke as its new office of operations director. Henke had been the Office of Project Development director since 2006. He has been with the NDDOT since 1990.
Henke has Bachelor of Science degrees in construction management and construction engineering from North Dakota State University. He is a member of the North Dakota Professional Engineers and American Society of Highway Engineers.

Rust is an accounts payable specialist intern with the Finance Group and will graduate from University of Mary next spring with an accounting and computer information systems degree.
Sipma is an engineering technician intern with the Telecommunications Group. He is currently studying civil engineering at North Dakota State University.
Pechacek is a transportation engineer intern. He earned a bachelor of engineering science from University of Mary and is currently studying civil engineering at the University of Minnesota. Pechacek has completed two previous internships with KL&J.

Position Description: Responsible for the financial
and compliance aspects of accounting and financial reporting, fixed asset administration, and grants
and contracts fiscal management of the University. Direct and manage the recruitment, development
and performance of a professional staff of 24 full-time employees, Coordinate on a University-wide
basis the activities necessary to publish the University's Annual Financial Report and the
Treasurer's Report to the Bondholders in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles,
Review, interpret and enforce the financial policies and procedures of the University.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting required. Seven
years of experience, preferably in college or university accounting office, with at least five years
in an administrative management position. Involvement in grant research administration.

with Oracle's Governmental Financial applications beneficial.
Salary: Between $6,087 and $9,131 per month. This position is a twelve-month continuing appointment.
