W. P. Carey & Co. has appointed managing directors Jason Fox and Gino Sabatini as co-heads of domestic investments and Kathleen Barthmaier and Chad Edmonson as executive directors.
As members of W. P. Carey’s investment department, Sabatini, Fox, Barthmaier and Edmonson are responsible for sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, structuring, financing and managing the closing process for acquisitions made by the firm on behalf of its CPA(R) series of income-generating, non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs).
Fox joined the W. P. Carey investment department in 2002, and serves as president of Corporate Property Associates 15 (CPA(R):15), an income-generating non-traded REIT managed by W. P. Carey. Before joining W. P. Carey, he worked at the Spectrem Group, a consulting and M&A advisory firm in San Francisco.
Sabatini, who joined W. P. Carey’s investment department in 2000, serves as president of Corporate Property Associates 16 Global (CPA(R):16 – Global), another income-generating non-traded REIT managed by W. P. Carey.
Barthmaier joined W. P. Carey’s investment department in 2004.
Edmonson joined W. P. Carey’s investment department in 2003.
